Good Intentions~

I started off this year thinking that part of my plan would be to write a new blog post daily, apparently that was way too ambitious for me.

But what I did realize is what I really needed and wanted to do was edit my 315 page Novel “Mattie’s Legacy: Oil & Water”, which I began doing the second week of January. And I am now only 4o pages away from being done.

I also began a screenwriting class on Jan 17th with ScreenwritingU and that has been a real challenge for me, but in the best kind of way.

So I am still here, and still writing in one form or another.

Has anyone ever taken the Briggs & Myers Personality Test? I did recently and was surprised at how accurate it is…I am an INFJ…if you have taken the test, I would be interested in what you thought of it.

Until Next Time~

  1. Hi there. Glad you’re still writing and things are moving along.

Wanted to comment because I recently rediscovered MBTI too and have been devouring everything I can read about it recently. Started looking into it for use as a character development tool but was amazed at how accurate it was in describing a number of my quirks, challenges, and even strengths. I’m a classic INTJ. My sister is INFJ, like you. 🙂

And since I’m here anyway, I’ll say that I enjoy reading your blog posts (they arrive in my inbox). It’s nice to know other people are working toward the writing dream out there in Bakersfield.

    1. Hello Mandy, I am so happy you left a comment. I have five children and two of my daughters are INTJ’s too. Very in their head and thinking deeply. I love it. I too thought MBTI would be a great tool for character development. Love and Hugs.

    1. Thank You Annis. I am sorry that I was not able to make the last WOK meeting. I was getting over the flu. But I hope to make the next one. I hope you are well and happy too 🙂
